Adv. & Notary David Yadid: Graduated from the Law School of Tel Aviv University, B.A. in economics and international relations, and M.A. in Business administration from Tel Aviv University. Adv. And Notary Yadid Specializes in corporate law, IPOs, and insurance law.
David Yadid has worked for years in the field of insurance and held the position of C.E.O. at the insurance company “Isram-Life” (later “Eitan Insurance”, which has merged into “Clal insurance”).
Adv. And Notary Yadid has been working with holocaust survivors for over 30 years, aiding them in various ways. During the 1980’s Adv. And Notary Yadid had founded the Academics’ Pension fund via the German social security.

Adv. Doron Atzmon: Graduated from the Law School of Bar Ilan University. Adv. Atzmon worked as an intern at the office of A. Makover (currently a district court judge). For many years Adv. Atzmon has represented clients in civil suits in all instances; specializing in representation of banks, labor law, corporate law, negotiable instrument law, and real estate. Adv. Atzmon Represented Mizrahi Bank for about a decade, both as plaintiff and as respondent, including salary accounting, interest overcharge, conditional services, securities, liquidations, and receivership.

Adv. Adam Yadid: Graduated from the Law School of the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, double-majoring in law and business administration, with a specialty in financing. Adv. Yadid worked as an intern in Spigelman, Koren, Barak, Zamir & Co. Adv.Yadid specializes in commercial litigation, representation of holocaust survivors and consultation to corporations and organizations.

Adv. Viacheslav Ponomarev: Graduated (cum laude) from the Law School of Moscow State University (L.L.B & L.L.M). Adv. Ponomarev holds an M.A. in International Economics from the Goethe University in Frankfurt. Adv. Ponomarev Specializes in international corporate law and representation in claims against the German Social Security.

Adv. Sarit Jiner Yadid: Graduated from the Law School of the College of Management Academic Studies. Adv. Jiner Yadid worked as an intern in Levenon, Akunis, Doron & Co. Law Firm. Adv. Jiner Yadid Specializes in corporate law and liquidations, representation in court and formulation of contracts and articles of association.

Adv. Meital Bachar: Graduated from the Law School of Netanya Academic College (cum laude). Adv. Bachar Holds an L.L.M degree from the Law School of Bar Ilan University (cum laude). Adv. Bachar worked as an intern in Ram Caspi & Co. Adv. Bachar specializes in civil lawsuits and in representation of holocaust survivors against The Ministry of Finance.

Adv. Tal Asayas: Graduated from the Law School of the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, double-majoring in law and business administration, with a specialty in marketing. Adv. Asayas worked as an intern in Ganot- Amikam Law Office. Adv. Asayas specializes in Writ of execution and bankruptcy.

Adv. Tal Gitlin – Graduated from the Law School of Tel Aviv University. Adv. Gitlin worked as an intern at Kabiri, Nevo, Keidar & Co. Adv. Gitlin specializes in the proceedings of obtaining the Portuguese citizenship.

Adv. David Chebach – a graduate of Bar Ilan University’s Faculty of Law and had taken his internship at our Firm.Adv. Chebach has served the Portuguese Government for eight consecutive years, during which he specialized in Portuguese civil registration procedures, visas, acquisition of the Portuguese nationality and in general consular matters. Adv. Chebach’s practice area is mainly concentrated on the Portuguese citizenship applications for Sephardic Jews.Language Skills: fluent in Hebrew, Arabic, English and Portuguese.

Adv. Yehonatan (Yoni) Yadid– Graduated from the Law School of law & science colege. Adv. Yadid worked as an intern at our firm. Adv. Yadid specializes in the proceedings of obtaining the Portuguese & Spanish citizenship.
